The City of Troy owns its own utilities.  This allows the City to provide unparalleled service and support to its citizens.  Troy Utilities' goal is to provide efficient, effective and economical electric, water, and sewer to its 7,800 customers.

     James G. Flowers is the General Manager of Troy Utilities. As General Manager, he is responsible for the overall operation of electric, water, and sewer. He and his staff are here to assist the citizens of Troy.
