Planning Commission

The Troy Planning Commission is a nine-member board appointed by the Mayor for a six-year term. This group is charged with developing and adopting the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Troy, as well as monitoring a zoning plan.

The Planning Commission meets the fourth Thursday of every month at 4:00 p.m. All meetings are open to the public and are held at Troy City Hall, in the Council Chambers, at 306 E. Academy Street.

To apply for a Planning Commission hearing, you must obtain an application from the Troy City Hall, located at 306 E. Academy Street. There is a $50 fee.
